PRESIDENT JOHN'S CHARITY 2022/23
I have the honour of being the President of Wellingborough Bowling Club in 2022. I have chosen as my charity for the year, Prostate Cancer UK. Prostate cancer is a killer in men, and one in eight of us will be diagnosed with it. I have been under observation for five years as my PSA reading is too high (check out what PSA is) but so far, fingers crossed, I have not been diagnosed. However I know several friends and colleagues who have. I therefore strongly feel that Prostate Cancer UK is a very relevant charity and I hope to raise as much money for them as I can. Please support me and this great charity.
